What is DanHana?
DanHana is a web service that tells you the one best card for every purchase. It warns you before your cards' perks expire, and gathers card offers in one place.
In short
- One best card per purchase, ranked from the cards in your own wallet.
- Every benefit is re-checked quarterly, so recommendations stay current.
- Only the last 4 digits of your cards are stored — never the full number.
What it does
Search where you are paying, or pick a spend category, and DanHana recommends the one best card from your wallet for that purchase, ranked by real effective earn rate — point values and caps included. It also tracks perks that disappear — credits, free-night certificates, quarterly deadlines — alerts you before they expire, and sends a monthly report rounding up the money you missed.
One best card per purchase
Ranked across 20 spend categories by effective earn rate, using only the cards in your own wallet.
Expiring-perk alerts
Credits, free-night certificates, and quarterly deadlines are tracked. On-site notifications arrive 7 days before expiry.
Card offers in one place
Every Monday, public offer lists are gathered onto the member-only offers page. Enrolling in an offer itself still happens on the issuer website.
Who is it for
Anyone with US credit cards who wants to know, before paying, which card is best for that purchase. The free tier holds up to 3 wallet cards; Premium ($6/month or $60/year) adds email alerts, annual-fee renewal analysis, the household wallet, and more.
How data is handled
The catalog holds 100 US credit cards today, and every benefit is re-checked quarterly. Members' card numbers are stored as the last 4 digits only — the full number is never asked for. Figures that are estimates are labeled as estimates.
