DanHana Chrome extension

At checkout in desktop Chrome, it shows the most rewarding card from your own wallet — no more guessing which card to use on the payment page.

Key Takeaways

  • Ranked for your own wallet: only the cards in your wallet are ranked, showing 1st place and an expandable 2nd.
  • On 60 verified domains it appears on the checkout page automatically when there is a recommendation; on any other site, click the toolbar icon for the popup.
  • It reads only the domain and the cart total — never form inputs or card numbers.

What it does

On a checkout page it tells you the most rewarding card for that store. Rankings use your wallet cards' real effective rates, with point values applied. If the store isn't recognized, you can type its name; if it still can't be matched, it shows the best everything-category card with an estimate label. It never ends in an error.

How it works

1. Connect

Log in to DanHana, make a one-time code on the connect page, and enter it in the extension popup. The code lasts 10 minutes and is single-use. Once connected, a per-device token good for 90 days is stored.

2. Check at checkout

On 60 verified domains the recommendation appears automatically at the bottom-right of the checkout page when there is one. On any other site, click the toolbar icon and the popup sends the current site's domain to get the recommendation. Nothing is sent until you click the icon.

3. Type the store if it's not found

You can also type a store name. It is first matched exactly against the 60 domains, then conservatively against 455 store records. If it still can't be matched, it shows the best everything-category card with an estimate label.

What does it read?

The extension reads only the current page's domain and the cart total. It never reads form inputs, card numbers, or passwords. Recommendation responses contain no card last digits and no email. The cart total is not used for ranking; it is accepted only for future cap-aware ranking.

The token is stored per device and expires after 90 days. You can revoke any device on the connect page at any time. If a token expires or is revoked, the popup returns to the connect screen.
